RECIPES MEAT BALL KUAH RENDANG ( Indonesian taste )

MATERIALS:
500 grams of ground beef
2 egg whites
4 cloves of garlic, grated
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 tsp salt
200 grams of potatoes, peeled, diced
3 boards banana, peeled, cut into two parts
1000 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 turmeric leaf sheet
6 sheets of orange leaves
1 slice of sour kandis
TROPICAL 50 ml Cooking Oil, for sauteing
FINE HERBS:
12 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
10 pieces of red chili, seeded
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
2 cm galangal
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
HOW TO MAKE MEAT BALL rendang sauce:
1. Combine ground beef with egg white, grated garlic, pepper and salt. Process in a blender until smooth. Create a circle the size of marbles.
